They need to get new management! It absolutely stinks. Would you really like to live in a place that doesn't supply water to their homeowners 8 hours a day for six days straight, because their pipes keep breaking and they raise your monthly dues because they are too cheap to fix the pipes? I've lived there and take it from me, this is the honest truth! Horrible place to live. Regular water outages, sometimes for days. Cold, uncaring staff who will retaliate against you if you complain. Loud mowers, blowers, sawing, traffic and projects disturb the peace nearly every single day, not to mention being in both a commercial and small plane flight path. Never before have I lived anywhere where there was so much annoying activity. I lived in a HUGE city for over a decade and they only worked in the roads once.
