The maintenance manger Jeffrey is awesome very attentive and dedicated to helping the residents at Lakeview Terrace. Jeffrey has helped me so much with my living at Lakeview he has been very reliable and detailed oriented when addressing issues with my apartment not only would he fix the problem at my apartment but he would explain what the issue was how he fixed it and how to maintain the problem so it doesn’t happen again. Very pleased with the maintenance team and maintenance manager Jeffrey.
I would like to give a big shout out to Jeff he is always working hard and keeping up with Lakeview Terrace and making sure that everything is up to date he never stops he’s a hard worker ☺️
1/2 washers are always “broken”, but still raised the price per wash and dry. The one that does work, people leave their laundry in for hours, so other people can’t even use it.
I been living here 13 years and I'm Happy to renew my Lease every year from the office staff to the Maintenance team there Always on Top of Everything with Professioalism:) Thank you
Been a resident here since 2020. Rent has been raised every year with no improvements to the apartment to justify a 10% increase every year. Multiple equivalent apartments have been vacant for months and are priced less than the increase in the new lease offered. Loyalty is not rewarded and is instead punished. While Jeff, the local maintenance person, is great, the on call staff and the maintenance people for the other locations that come to help him, are not.
