Glad I seen the reviews I’m good on this place I don’t play with people and my family
I paid the early cancellation of the lease fee to get out of the apartment early. Yes it was a couple months late but it was paid. & now 3 years later they are saying it was never received & sending it to collections. I’m not giving this place another cent. I know for a fact that the money was paid to them. They are trying to scam me out of more money. Do NOT rent from these people.
Doesn’t even deserve a one star. PLEASE LOOK ELSEWHERE. you will be in MISERY during winter and summer. Heat and AC doesn’t work. During winter we were given one space heater that was POINTLESS! When sliding doors also needed to be fix for the cold to not come in. We sent out multiple work orders no work done and at that point we had one month left on lease and we decided to not pay last month and leave. Because we needed to get out of that misery. & now after over 2 years (because of covid) they sent out to collections 2 mo... read more
Nice place to live
Washer machines never work, they eat your quarters. Apartments look nice but check very closely as most of their appliances are either broken/ not working, or has a problem with it. In the bathroom curtain rack not put up right so the curtains keep opening. Rude personal staff, staff doesn’t know what they’re doing. They have a bad bug infestation in summer.
