I pay for the monthly parking pass as I live in the building and there have been multiple vehicle break-ins here recently (at least five that I’m aware of), including repeated smashed windows. My vehicle alone has been broken into twice now. WRE (the company leasing the apartment at Holiday Towers) owns parking lot #120 and it is managed by Impark. WRE only offers parking at lot #120. Vandalism Zone Alert – Totally Unsafe – Avoid This Parking Lot This parking lot is completely unsafe. There are regularly many homeless people occupying the area, and it feels dangerous at all hours. Despite paying a high parking fee, the lot is dirty, unsecured, and poorly maintained. Impark provides no security, no monitoring, and takes no responsibility. The worst parking garage I have seen in Canada. We have an XL size ski box on top of our vehicle. It got damaged because of the low ceilings. Parkade was super old, dirty, and full of hazards. Can't believe no one has done anything about it...
