Yay, Fall is almost here! The "ber" months are almost here. September starts the cool to cold weather! However, here at Lakeview South Apartments, we have all new energy efficient windows and sliding glass doors which have lowered my energy bills fantastically! If I could give a zero star I would. The management is horrible and they don't fix things when maintenance requests are put in or they take forever to fix anything. Other residents are rude and have very sketchy people hanging around on the property that don't live there. The laundry rooms are dirty and homeless people sleep in them. They harass the residents for the stupidest things. Lynda is rude and so is her manager Jose. If you want to live in peace and safely DO NOT RENT THERE.
If you are looking for a place that is like a community, this is the place for you. Lynda, property manager, is awesome. She cares about her renters. She throws gatherings for her community, so we can get to know our neighbors better. What apartment manager does that? No where I have lived at. This is a safe and quiet place. The maintenance guy is on top of his job too. He made me a great ramp for me to get in and out of home safely, on top of other maintenance work he has done for me.
