Top notch customer service! Friendliest people answering the phone!
I'm not sure why, but the Memorial Dr. location has poor customer service, while the other location has good customer service. They just ignore you or act like you're bothering them if you ask for something. I'm guessing all the grumpy staff are put to work at the Memorial Dr. store. Edit: Recently returned to this store to buy a few odds and ends and staff were much more friendly this time, so I'm happy things are better. Adding a star to original review.
I am new to North Bay. I use a wheelchair to get around town, and have tried to shop at several hardware stores, although they boasted wheel-chair accessibility, they were not. The aisles were too narrow and there was so many products stacked at the end of each aisle, that I couldn't maneuver without knocking things down. This store however IS ACTUALLY wheel-chair accessible. I was able to go down the aisles and access the complete store without hindrance. It was so clean and uncluttered.
