We moved from uncle toms to lakeview resorts a few years ago and never looked back. The cottages are idyllic, nostalgic, everything gotl embodies. Robin, Christine and the staff are very welcoming, helpful and prompt. The cottages are very clean, linens provided, ac, TV, internet access for a great price. Lake front, beautiful beach / lake access. If you're coming to the lake to make memories, and enjoy time with your friends and family this is the spot for you!
Filthy cottage is an understatement. Moldy a/c units, unit wasn’t cleaned nor were there any fresh linens, dead bugs on floor with cobwebs. Wouldn’t stay even if it were a family members cottage. Do not recommend.
Our stay at Lakeview Resorts at Geneva on the Lake was horrible. When you stay somewhere on vacation you expect it to be an escape from home; this was not that. There was a slight damp odor when we arrived, like someone with a dog had been there last. The first impression was a loose screen door that could only hang ajar and a loose floorboard right at the threshold. Stayed 1st week of June. The unit was confortable, quiet, no hussle and bussle of a hotel. Staff was great, the lake was beautiful, great location! We stay there every year.
