I’ve been here since February and have enjoyed living here since the beginning. Katie the property manager is amazing, she’s got a really positive attitude and has made living here very enjoyable. Whenever I need some maintenance done, Katie puts in the order right away and the problems get handled immediately. Vlad the maintenance person is very efficient and fast. A great and quiet place to live in Raleigh Hills, SW Portland. Very efficient one bedroom with easy parking and access to downtown and Beaverton. I would recommend Lakeview Park to anyone that is considering a place and long term for that matter.
The Lakeview Park Apartments are located in a great Raleigh Hills Neighborhood. 30 or so units they have been there sometime and are very quiet being that they are off of a main street or intersection. Would recommend Lakeview to anyone looking for a comfortable place to live and with easy access to downtown and Beaverton.
Fire department had to come stop a lint fire last week. The property managers still haven’t gotten the issue fixed. I'd like to show everyone the fire hazard we live in day to day due to neglect of the building. Don't move here unless you want your apartment to burn down.
