Worst place to live. I submitted my 60 days notice to move out. Annie gave me a move out form and said I had to give the reason. I filled the form out and gave several reasons why I'm moving. I told her I didn't have an address to mail my deposit as yet I will give one before I leave. Fast forward to the day I'm leaving I went to the office request back the original paper to put the address on only to find out the move out form was tampered with. I have lived in this community for a year and I would recommend living here. I love the staff, especially, Annie. She is incredibly helpful and always brings a smile to my face.
Let me explain to you about the prices at this place. For these prices you can go live at a five star resort. This is not a great neighborhood. And they're charging the same price as you would live in Weston. Almost the same price if you would live downtown fort Lauderdale in a resort styled place. Definitely will not pay these prices
This is a fantastic place to call home with your family! The management team is excellent, everything is spotless, and the whole complex is well-kept. If you're considering moving, this is absolutely the place for you—you’re going to love it here. Plus, the maintenance team is amazing—they’re quick to respond and ready to handle any issues as soon as you reach out to them.
