basic clean rooms - friendly service. we'll be back
Although there is no official review I thought I would add a few thoughts. We paid approx $54 plus tax for a double room here. For the price I thought it was decent. The room is very basic but was clean and has cable tv. The owner was friendly and gave many dining suggestions for the area. The motel is right across from the Lake Delavan boat launch and about 10 minutes from Lake Geneva and 5 minutes from downtown Delavan. For this price point I would highly recommend the Lake View Motel given our experience.
This is a great little place for fisherman or anyone wanting to launch their boat on Delavan lake because it's just across the street. The rooms are clean and simple - good value for the money. The management went out of their way to make our stay very comfortable and are very knowledgable on the best fishing spots in the area and other interesting sites and things to do nearby. hey there, it's right across from the delavan park which has a beach, boat launch and a place our family could picnic, sunbath and relax while i went fishing. great little place. also owner, john is friendly as can be. told us a great place for a local fishfry on friday night and local attractions. if you want a getaway that wont bust the bank, this is it.
