Steven was amazing. He was always on call for any questions or concerns and would call to check up and make sure everything was in order. He definitely went above and beyond. I highly recommend him and lakeview!
If I could I would give them 10 stars. I was introduced to Steve through my realtor and I have to say that working with him and his team was the best experience. They made this process of buying a house much less painless than it can be. They explained everything they were doing step by step and made sure to keep us completely involved in the entire process. I would recommend them over and over again. They are wonderful!
The worst lending experience I've ever had. Absolutely horrible miscommunication by Cortnei Sheib who from the beginning was telling all parties involved that she had all the documents she needed from the buyer and was assuring that everything is moving along as it should. Then a week before closing the loan was denied for something Cortnei should have known about from day one and should have done her job about communicating the issue to everyone. I do not recommend this title company at all, Stay Away!
