Run down, infested with feral cats. Maintenance just does patch work , water shuts off often with no notice for long periods The owner hired a tree trimming company that stepped through my sky light as well as damaged my rv roof . They did fix the sky light but never would fix my roof like I was told was going to happen . When I finally got tired of my roof leaking badly the owner basicly talked alot of trash then called the cops THEN GAVE ME A TEN DAY EVICTION in order to get out of paying for the damage. Best rentals in town friendliest people to rent from I love this place. They have a new app which makes it so convenient to pay your rent or turn in maintenance requests. Maintenance is fast when they respond to a request.

If I could sue I would have . Me and my family had no heat for 3 months and I still have the proof and documentation of this. We had toilet issues and they were not fixed for months the land lord is rude I was called stupid. For me getting mad about having no heat in the middle of winter.The lady at the front desk had told me to stop harassing her about having no heat.
