Best rentals in town friendliest people to rent from I love this place. They have a new app which makes it so convenient to pay your rent or turn in maintenance requests. Maintenance is fast when they respond to a request. It's about to get really cold clean out your furnaces and change the filter.
Run down, infested with feral cats. Maintenance just does patch work , water shuts off often with no notice for long periods The owner hired a tree trimming company that stepped through my sky light as well as damaged my rv roof . They did fix the sky light but never would fix my roof like I was told was going to happen . When I finally got tired of my roof leaking badly the owner basicly talked alot of trash then called the cops THEN GAVE ME A TEN DAY EVICTION in order to get out of paying for the damage.
