Unprofessional and abusive staff. Loved Dr. Pietka but the staff is so horrible after 20 years of being with their practice, I originally saw Dr. L when he first opened, I will no longer be going here. I had problems with all aspects of their practice from getting scripts filled to making appointments to billing. The office manager is extremely unprofessional and rude.
I love all of the doctors and the nurses as they are very professional, helpful and kind. I must say, however, that I dread calling because the receptionists are very rude and act as if you are bothering them. For being the "face of the company" they leave a sour taste.
Switched medical practice 2 years ago. We are seeing Dr. Pietka and we are very pleased with her. She is very knowledgeable, personable and listens to what you have to say. Dr. Pietka has either solved our medical problems or has guided us in the right direction.
I have been going to lake view medical for years (my whole family also) all of the doctors are great! The whole staff are wonderful, they have managed to see me in an emergency situation and family also. I have two of my immediate family members who will only see dr. Hoey and when they first moved here and saw her, she is the ONLY one they listen to in any situation. I will be forever grateful to my friend who brought me there when I was looking for my primary care doctor. I have seen them all and I like them all. Thank you ... read more
