In December of 2019 my Mother had her sanitary sewer line fail. We called Lakeview Plumbing and Mechanical on a neighbors recommendation. The neighboorhood is over 65 years old and the original, old infrastructure is starting to fail. John diagnosed the problem and we okayed the job. Basically, all the sewer pipes, from the inside of the basement to the city main sewer line needed replacement. A very big job. Called Lakeview to fix some under cabinet LED lighting and replace a few outlets. They called on the scheduled day to reschedule for the following week. When they showed up they replaced the three outlets and took the broken under cabinet lighting to match up and replace. We paid them over $400 to replace the three outlets and have never heard back from them on the under cabinet lighting. When we followed up with the installer he did not return our calls. Zero stars! Buckle up everyone, this is going to be a ride. I called this company for a plumbing issue. Charlie Baker came out and used a camera to look at the sewer line. He was supposed to call me and let me know what the cost would be that day since I was not there when he came out, but ended up calling two days later. About 3 weeks later I called to schedule an appointment to have to work completed. I spoke with Carol, who told me she would find out who was out at the house and have him give me a call. One week passes by... read more

RecommendedI had an excellent experience with this company. Not only did they replace my furnace very quickly at a reasonable price, The Tech found an Carbon Monoxide leak in the vent pipe of my water heater and corrected the situation. Despite having an emergency expense the whole experience for me was very very positive! Thank you
