In December of 2019 my Mother had her sanitary sewer line fail. We called Lakeview Plumbing and Mechanical on a neighbors recommendation. The neighboorhood is over 65 years old and the original, old infrastructure is starting to fail. John diagnosed the problem and we okayed the job. Called Lakeview to fix some under cabinet LED lighting and replace a few outlets. They called on the scheduled day to reschedule for the following week. When they showed up they replaced the three outlets and took the broken under cabinet lighting to match up and replace. We paid them over $400 to replace the three outlets and have never heard back from them on the under cabinet lighting. When we followed up with the installer he did not return our calls.
