Tried to set up 2 separate appointments to see apartments. Both were cancelled the day of because they were already leased. Ridiculous.
This company will steal your security deposit. Do not rent from them. Don't say I didn't warn you.
They have horribly deleyed maintanence and rarely ever answer the phone. My window broke when trying to open it in May. It took well over 2-3 MONTHS to fix, not 4-6 weeks which they did say. I encourage them to check thier records. On two separate occasions I had cieling leaks that took well over two months to FULLY repair. They stopped the leaks on and off durine the times periods. Horrible horrible place. Lived in Cynwyd manor for a year. place always smelled because they never picked up the dumpster trash in a timely manner. And only cleaned the hallways once a month. DO NOT MOVE IN! They will also try and scam you out of as much money when you leave as well
