Better than being homeless but I wouldn’t call it living. No matter how clean you keep it cockroaches come under the front and back doors. Management is rude and doesn’t seem to care about mold or any other housing/health/maintenance issues until you contact HUD. Many neighbor's and their kids (not all of them) are confrontational and negative. Cops are at the apartments regularly addressing domestic issues. Parking is a joke.
