I have relied on Lakeview heating and cooling again and again on everything from a furnace replacement in the middle of winter to plumbing. They were fair on price and actually pretty punctual. I had 3 installers for the furnace and an excellent plumber. Had to call again as my air cond' condensor has died. Beginning of summer and pretty urgent. Thanks Lakeview for being my guy!!!
A few weeks back my furnace went out and had it replaced by Lakeview. The job was done efficiently from the initial call, to the install crew and administrative help. After the furnace was installed the Lakeview registered my unit online, scheduled the city inspections and had the rebates submitted the next day. If you are looking for all round professional service contact these guys... Great Help
If I could give them less stars I would. They tried to rip us off. They said the pipes at my parents place were busted and the drive would have to be torn up to get to them. Even showed us video (probably a recording of somewhere else). Said it would cost $8,000. We got a second opinion. They snaked it out and said there was nothing wrong besides the roots they chopped up. Cost us $90. Haven't had any issues since and it has been 5 or 6 years. I have been using Lakeview for years and they are timely, do great work and the price has always been reasonable for the services provided.
This company and it's owner is a big scam. I can't believe that the insurance companies haven't pressed charges against them for fraud. You call them to snake out a clog, they tell you your pipe is broken, they get it approved by the insurance company, then they get in the pipe and tell you there is more damage and they need to replace the whole thing. The get the whole basement remodel covered by insurance and then they spend 4-5 months at your housing "redoing" the pipes and your basement. Their workers spend more time on ... read more
I am very disappointed with this company's way of scheduling its employees. I needed a new furnace installed including duct work and vents because it was the first time having a furnace in my house. I know that it's a lot of work to be done and here it is day 7 (business days) and they're still not finished yet. I know its not the installers fault it's the person who in charge.the installers are very polite and i feel sorry for them that they work as hard as they do especially when being shorthanded. Taken to the cleaners with this company. They overcharged me and after proving what they installed was not what was wrote down on the work order they refused to refund my money. However they offered to complete more work with a percentage off. Beware of this company! Get several estimates from other companies prior to having them do work on your home. Swindlers!
I would highly recommend Lakeview-recently our pipes froze and soon after they burst - my husband and I called several companies and they wanted to charge a huge amount just to look at it- we even had a company called C & C (would not recommend) come out charged 79$ to tell us pipes froze ( we already knew that) & they can't fix it and literally took our money- we called Lakeview- not only did they come out fast Ed (very nice management) informed us that Bob (great service tech) would be out shortly- they were amazing- not o... read more
