My pharmacy requested a refill prescription by fax 3 times with no reply. When I called Lakeview Healthcare to question why, I was told the person who could help me was unavailable but would call me back.........not yet! With this negligent service I'm sure that the doctors who use Lakeside are losing patients!
First time new patient to this practice. Told to arrive by 12:15pm. I arrived at 12:05pm. I checked in and waited an hour while watching patients that came in after me being called. I checked with the desk to see what was taking so long. They said that I never checked in. I checked in at 12:05pm and the receptionist scanned my medical cards and drivers license and took my pre filled out medical forms. This place is horrible they treat your grandparents like absolute trash and have no remorse or any consideration to people's feelings, doctor Kamal amahad how ever you spell his name is a waste of doctor, he does nothing checks nothing and just referrals you all over town I can do his job and better, definitely called state association already just a suggestion don't go there

I wouldn't go here if you have more than a sniffle, and even then you'll get sent out to a specialist. The orthopedist doesn't seem to be able to handle more that a slight sprain and it's impossible to get prescriptions filled. Totally disgusted by the lack of any real medical help from these Bozos and I am pretty healthy. Tons of help milling around doing nothing, but they never seem to be able to have time for you. just the opinion of an old nurse.
