I was at Medical imaging waiting for permission for X-rays . I tried calling the old Camp office to find out why the orders did not come through. I waited on hold over 30 minutes. In desperation I went to the old camp office with my phone still on hold to find two women behind the desk just ignoring the phones. I was still on hold while at the office. They finally printed out the orders that I hand carried to Medical imaging .

I had my blood work done today at Lakeview Healthcare on Old Camp Road, and I have to give a big compliment to Brittany! She was so friendly and pleasant and immediately made me feel comfortable. And she is REALLY good at drawing blood! It was quick, easy and practically painless — I barely felt a thing. It makes such a difference when you get someone who is not only good at their job, but also treats you with kindness and makes the experience pleasant. Brittany is definitely one of those people. Dr Cheema was an improvement over our first primary cars physician assigned to us at another facility. Had blood work done and saw some elevated numbers on my portal. Called the office a week after the results were available and no follow up. No response to my phone request so I sent an email through the portal. Again, no response a day later.
