I have been coming here for 20 years. I trust Dr Chang and love his assistant Stephanie. She is very helpful and knowledgeable. They make a good working team.
Dr. Chang‘s office at Lakeview healthcare system very customer friendly very good customer service patient service and they do get done things done for you as soon as possible
If I could give zero stars, I would. The office is a complete mess—unorganized, unprofessional, and uncaring from start to finish. The front desk is rude, the wait times are ridiculous, and to top it off, the doctor absolutely sucks. There was no compassion, no real listening, and no effort to help. I left feeling worse than when I came in. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration—go anywhere else.
We highly recommend the phlebotomy services at Lakeview. Brittany did an amazing job with my husband’s labs. He has challenging veins that she managed to get the first time without any consequences.
Brittany was so nice and funny. She’s great at her job!!!
