Sad when you have the same plumbing problem for YEARS and they never fix it correctly just try to put blame on tenants... My mother has lived here since they were built, about 20 years... NEVER have they came in and upgraded, updated or really fixed issues... Its hard to get phone calls back even... Seems like the apartments have went down hill...
