It’s impossible to reach management. The grass isn’t cut and there are spiders all through the apartment. You call the number and get hung up on, or reach the answering machine that is full and can’t leave a message. Told them months ago about something discoloring on the ceiling of the bathroom and nothing was done. No response to my recent maintenance request regarding the spiders. Not sure how else to get a response at this point other than leaving this review.
Terrible place to live. Paying this much for them to not cut the grass. Little kids tripping through the weeds. Then they will address everyone for a vehicle in the way of the entrance but won’t let residents know when the swat team is here when someone is shooting their gun in the apartments
***Editing my review*** All the issues were due to something else and not owners negligence. Everything is being fixed now. Carpet is getting replaced, leak is fixed, mold is getting dealt with, and things are legitimately getting fixed now.
I have been here 1 year on April 18th and I've never had any trouble with the maintenance nor the management this is a very nice and quiet place to live.
