Today I had the pleasure of working with Susie, an excellent sales person, at Lakeview Ford. Susie reminded of what true sales people make the process of buying a car comfortable. I know that the process can be painful. But not today. Today any question that I could think of was answered with grace and kindness. She has a way of putting you at ease. Who knew that buying a car could be painless. Thank you Susie for supporting me in my car buying saga.
I had a great experience leasing a new vehicle from Susie at Lakeview Ford. I was a new customer to the dealership and she was proactive at checking in and keeping me informed of promotions, without being pushy. She was extremely responsive at all times and made the whole leasing process seamless. She was great to work with and I will definitely return for my next Ford lease.
My experience with Susie was amazing. She helped My Husband and I with all questions in figuring out what to do with our next decision in choosing our path for the right vehicle for our family. Susie was very polite, amazing personality and so very helpful with information.
Took my vehicle in for recall work to be done. My car sat in their lot for two months before they could repair it. When it was done I came to pick it up and from the car sitting there for two months was covered in filth. The repair work I was satisfied with, but you would think common sense would tell you that it should of been washed by the service department. Never ever doing business with them again. I've switched to Chevy. AMF 🤣
Service department is absolutely horrendous. Dropped off a vehicle to have the computer reflashed as that's what anotner dealer said needed done. Went to pick it up and they told me it needed other things done for the check engine light to go off and it would be $1100. I told tjem no thank you and they told me it was $455 for a diagnostic fee and wouldn't let me take the vehicle until paying it.
