My husband Tracy and I use Lakeview Ford. The whole staff is awesome from beginning to end of any purchase. Always there to help with any questions we may have it any time. We have sent friend's and family to there dealership as well. All good feedback from them too. If I could give them 10 Stars in would.
Parts department is lousy at best no one at the counter. Waited for 20 minutes at least. Rang the bell four times apparently it wasn’t working. Then I called the phone it rang and still nobody came out. I even went to the back and said there were customers out here. When he finally came out he said they didn’t hear anything. They deserve zero stars. Lakeview ford will be a very last resort for anything else I might need
Susie is the best, she tracked down a truck for my son got a ranger for my husband car for granddaughter. Very nice to work with will make sure you are taken care of from the front of the building to the service dept any problems she will not hesitate to resolve
Very friendly, low pressure dealership, I've been leasing vehicles for over forty years and this dealer has a very comfortable atmosphere, thank you to Susie Wilkey for keeping me up to date on the deals that pertain to me.
