I use to love this office and recommend them to anyone who asked me. I am now completely frustrated with this office. I had my colonoscopy done here no issues with my procedure or provider or nurses. My frustration is with their staff and billing. I have called and asked for a supervisor to call me back 7 times now and NEVER get a call back! So maybe this review will get me a call back. The back of my insurance card says “bill to LOCAL BLUE CROSS” you don’t bill regions Blue Cross! I keep getting told by the billing departme... read more
I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I went in for a procedure, and I'm already under a lot of stress due to other complications. I get there right on time for a 7:15 am checkin, and they have a big screen TV on at full volume in the lobby, which is unbelievably annoying and makes it impossible to relax while waiting. I asked politely if they could turn it down and was told curtly " due to the shape of the room we need the TV to drown out our front desk discussions due to HIPAA regulations" (Even a Big Brother post it... read more
