I just made a payment on my bill and they still sent it to collections. They also sent lab work out of network which hit me really hard financially. How deceptive is that? They will inevitably land themselves a huge lawsuit.
The employees and doctors were all very friendly. They explained what was going to happen and were very good to answer any questions.
I use to love this office and recommend them to anyone who asked me. I am now completely frustrated with this office. I had my colonoscopy done here no issues with my procedure or provider or nurses. My frustration is with their staff and billing. I have called and asked for a supervisor to call me back 7 times now and NEVER get a call back! So maybe this review will get me a call back. The back of my insurance card says “bill to LOCAL BLUE CROSS” you don’t bill regions Blue Cross! I keep getting told by the billing departme... read more
