Dr. Zerr is very patient with my insecurities, talks along the way to explain what is going on, and shares a bit of what is going on with him.
I was taken back quickly by the assistant. Today's visit was primarily a consultation which was very helpful. Dr. Zerr listened to me and we discussed the best way forward. I always feel like he will take as much time with me as I need.
