RecommendedReally enjoy living here! They’re always on top of things, super helpful, and friendly! I’m even happier after moving into the new remodeled home. I am in LOVE! 😍 The granite counters, new floors, new appliances, and a bright modern look.
I’ve lived at Lakeview for almost 4 years now. It’s a great place to live! The office staff and the maintenance staff are always super friendly and willing to help. I just recently moved to the updated apartments and they are great! I absolutely love the granite counter tops in the bathroom and kitchen, the new appliances, and fixtures! I would definitely recommend moving here.

If i could give a 0 I would!! Do Not Move Here!!! These apartment sucks!! Katherine and Tracy are the worst!!! They tried to tell me that my water in my apartment is fine!! I have to take a shower in there everyday not you.. maintenance Sucks !! only good person was Eddie!! I wish he still worked there our problem would have been fixed!! Again do not move here!!! Office staff and maintenance are HORRIBLE!!!!

I've been here a little over 6 months so far, and I have been quite impressed by this community. The apartments seem very well-built, and as such, my electric bill is much less than it used to be at my old apartment complex in Fishers. If something does need fixed (have only had one instance of this so far!) maintenance responds quickly, which is awesome.
