Our son utilized the office and unfortunately we were subjected to inconsistent service, predatory billing practices, and difficulty in communication. Had to work with multiple counselors while there as they kept moving on. No surprise.
I've been seeing Janet here for just around a year and a half and have had the best experience! Not only has Janet helped me grow and learn more about myself, the entire staff in the office is always so kind and helpful! I cannot say enough great things and recommend this office to anyone in need of help!
I was directed here by my previous therapist and had high hopes. The process to get in was easy and I was quickly gotten in for an appointment. The day I was there there were no front office workers so I got there early like I was told for no reason. I was brought back almost 10 minutes late which usually isn't a big deal but I still had paperwork to get situated so the actual session didn't start until around 2o min past my appointment time I am unsure if I was billed for that time.
