Did nothing to help.
Place is a joke. Came here for help with mental health. Said I had to go to 3 appts before seeing the Dr. And getting help with my medication refills. Went to three appts over 4 weeks because of no availability in their scheduling. On the 3rd appt when I was supposed to see my therapist and the dr. They accidentally only booked the therapist and not the Dr. Appt. Even though I spoke with the receptionist about this very thing. So now after 3 appts in 4 weeks they want me to wait a month until seeing a provider. Total run aro... read more
I come here for therapy and medication. My doctor is really good as well as my therapist. The outpatient nurses are good as well when I get my once every two weeks shot. The front desk staff are also very good.
They don't know how to answer a phone pure lazy staff
I was a patient at Lobdell for a month or so , and I enjoyed the staff, setting, food, therapy aides,nurses,environmental services, support services, and doctors/N.P.-C. Yes ,I can see why some patients would not like Lobdell and Staff .They are helping you with feelings,homelives,drug disorders and spousal abuse. These are ugly problems that are difficult to face, require therapy,caring, and more. Lets thank them .
