Ive been a patient there for years with many inpatient stays. This place should be shut down immediately. Bring your loved one anywhere else as there are no doctors on the floor. They only come in and see you for 5 minutes and do not let you explain what is going on with you. They don't ask either. So if your loved one is unable to advocate for their own care they will not receive any. The state needs to investigate this place immediately as i believe its become standard practice to provide substandard care.
Communication is horrible there . My family member was cold , he asked a friend to drop him off something extra to wear . No one told him the clothes were dropped off until he asked . Why wouldn’t someone just let him know ? He was also told he could check in without going to the ER. After sitting at Lobdell for 45 minutes of them typing and asking questions, they told him , he still had to go back to the ER. No help from them they drop me due to med cab not picking me up that they set up if I could give zero stars I would the staff is so rude dirty areas
They helped me not want to kill myself. Got my meds on track, the staff was so nice and caring. Talked to me when I needed it. The providers were attentive and supportive. Evs Rhiannon is a wonderful person, always brighten up a room.
