Where to start with this nightmare..RUN from this place. My wife and I along with our kids moved from California over to Texas, specifically this place unfortunately. All we had to go off of were the pictures online and reviews, which we should have paid more attention to. Don't know how true prohibition from making negative property reviews is within the lease agreement per google reviews. If it is, know your rights. Texas law prohibits properties retaliating against tenants voicing their concerns of poor management, lack of unit repairs, etc. If that is in the leasing agreement, know you are still in your rights to voice any negative concerns and if they retaliate, report them. Document everything.

These apartments are lovely. mostly quiet, great maintenance, safe and office personnel are the best.
This is the second time I have lived here. Josh, the manager, does a great job in managing this property effectively. He takes the time to communicate with you directly when need. Jose, the maintenance foreman, is outstanding and ensures any maintenance request are handled timely. The property is well kept and is a great place to live.
