They come when assistance is needed. Had a fire from lightning and they fixed it up in a week. Mainly because of the sheet rock. But they cleaned up for us. If your looking for an apartment, check out them out.
We were kicked out because we paid rent a little too late. We could afford rent, but our checks didn't line up They were bought out recently, so if you don't like corpo likely 3k+ per month slop (it was 2.5-2.7k when we lived here near the end) don't move here. They only did renos when we were getting kicked out. We had to leave quite a bit of our stuff behind, but what do they expect when they literally force people out of the complex? I would not recommend this apartment complex at all. They advertise it as “luxury,” but there is absolutely nothing luxurious about living here. The roach and bug problem is ridiculous. I’ve called multiple times for pest control, and the issue still hasn’t been resolved. There are constantly bugs coming in from the balcony as well. For the amount of money residents pay, this should not be an ongoing problem. The outside hallways are nasty and poorly maintained. I have lived at Lakeview at Parkside for almost 11 years & I love it! One of the best things is the maintenance crew. Jose is wonderful & he has a great crew. Javier has been working on my apartment since I first rented it & is always professional & does a great job with all my apartment needs. Hyman & Ricardo are also good. I know I can count on them to fix everything quickly & thoroughly. I hope to keep living here for many more years. Thanks to the whole maintenance crew especially Jose & Javier. Debra
Love my apartment here. The front office ladies are so helpful and sweet. Ive had no issue whatsoever here.
