I lived at Lakeview at Parkside for 8 years, and while I had a long history there and enjoyed calling it home, my move-out experience has been extremely disappointing. I’m still having to dispute unnecessary move-out fees that feel excessive and unfair, in dealing with JILLI EVANS…. Always outstanding maintenance & management. Great place to call home!
We were here for a short time, but had a great experience. Probably the best apartment experience that we have had. Management was very responsive to requests including a dishwasher and replacing the air conditioning before summer. We have a dog and walked her often. There were plenty of dog bags/trash stops and a nice dog park (close to bldg 12). We felt safe with our kids. They just replaced all the lights for the entry and upgraded the gates.
