Sean is an awesome service technician. He helped us with our Viking Range repair. This was after two other repair technicians failed to repair and wanted to charge us 3x rate. Be careful about who you contact. Some say they repair Viking yet don’t even have a real business address or license. Sean was professional, experienced and personable. Rates were very reasonable. Would recommend Sean and Lakeview Appliance Service everytime.

Sean did a great job quickly identifying problem with my Viking ovens and repairing. Only thing is be clear on charges going in .. for an hour of service total, he replaced 3 parts ($518) PLUS $310 labor PLUS $125 trip charge .. $998 with $46 tax!!!! After phone calls with management same day, they were unwilling to make any adjustment or concession for the exorbitant costs AT ALL to keep this customer happy!!
I needed a repair on my Scotsman ice maker. The man was here for about 30 minutes. Nice guy, but they charged me $140 to show up and $250 for Labor. For 30 minutes. The total was $569.11. That's 1/3 of the original cost of a 6 year old ice maker. I get more furious the more I think about it. That's just exorbitant. I'm sure there was a hefty mark up on the part as well. Don't use them if you care about cost.
