Our dishwasher went out just after Christmas. Called another appliance company who charged me $120 to come out and informed me it would be another $660 to fix the dishwasher. Called the manufacturer since the part was covered under a limited warranty. They referred me to Lakeview. Patti was able to sort out a minor issue with the manufacturer and scheduled my visit as soon as possible. Patti was beyond helpful and understanding. Cannot say how nice and refreshing it is to have people show up when they say they will - and KNOW what they are doing. Professional and efficient - immediately identified the issue and provided a solution to get us by (while fixing a non-related appliance issue caused by other installers). Thank you!!

Terrible service on a Viking refrigerator. Staff lied constantly about shipping parts that were always ‘on their way’, and never arrived. I finally called Viking corporate parts and they had no record of a service or parts order from this company. Never again. Beware.
