I lived here for more than a year. First, this is a very old building, and the natural lighting is quite poor. Second, there is always an unpleasant smell in the hallways, and the overall cleanliness is poor. In addition, my packages were frequently stolen or went missing while I lived here. The refrigerator was old and extremely noisy. Almost all of the cabinet doors were broken, and the balcony door never closed properly. I reported these issues during my first week of living here. There doesn't seem to be anything wrong with the fridge except for a broken shelf that was supposed to be replaced but, wasn't. The second shelf on the door is taped at both ends and I can't put anything heavy there. Also, I need your verbal consent to put up two more grab bars around the walls in my shower for my safety. The number your office gave me for the ramp and changes to the stoop door going to the balcony needs your permission verbally as well.
