I had nothing but a good expierence during my move in. The ladies in the leasing office are beyond spectacular My move out 4 years later was just as good! I really like Pam, Pam is consistent, reliable and knows what she’s talking about. Overall I enjoyed my time with boardwalk,
I lived in the H block of Lakeview Apartments for a little over 2 years. It was a very pleasant experience; friendly and considerate neighbours, clean common areas and best of all a very helpful, friendly and efficient Management team. The team, especially Pam, were always on hand. Requests for maintenance jobs would be responded to almost immediately with the date and time to expect maintenance workers to come in.. which was usually within a day of the request being made. Non recommended service, I wanted to bring to your attention some concerns we encountered during our recent scheduled viewing for the one-bedroom apartment at Lakeview Initially, we were notified by the dark fat lady on reception that the appointment was set for 4 pm. However, upon arrival at the designated time, we were informed that the office closes at 4 pm. This created confusion, as the scheduled time conflicted with the closing hours.
