The management team LOST my 60-day Move Out notice. Manager Tomi said that the employee whom I turned my notice into no longer worked there (go figure), and that I would be liable for all of the moveout charges. I told her that I had no interest in any type of legal proceedings, but if their management team deemed it necessary, then go for it.
