I have rented a unit for over a year. The process was very easy. The facility is secure, and clean. The staff are always professional, helpful, and friendly. Always asking if you have any concerns. I have not had any issues or concerns so far. I’m one happy customer.
Area is clean and entry code works.
I thought a lock was supposed to be waiting for me inside the unit. It was not. My unit was not secure until I left it to buy a $27 lock and return! Best go with your own lock on your first visit.6

This storage units and the people who run it are absolutely amazing they have worked with me through some very difficult times when I felt like I was going to lose everything. They have been patient and kind and caring. I recommend them to everyone that needs a storage unit
