I visited Lakeside Urgent Care last week with symptoms of headache, sore throat, fatigue and dry cough. First thing, there is no separating of people in the waiting room. None. You can have Covid-19 symptoms and being sitting literally 2 inches away from someone with a broken finger. A couple had a two-year old child with a fever, and all of them were told to sit in the waiting room with people with flu-like or Covid-19 symptoms. Dr Melson was amazing with my 7 year old when our pediatrician wasn't able to see him, he joked with him and spoke so calmly and got him to relax. They're awesome here, even though I hope to never be back, I would go here again if needed.

I had excellent care last night. There was only two patients in the facility when we were there. The doctor was very patient and understanding. The two technicians that helped me were very pleasant. This was a far more positive experience, than my last one two years ago. That experience wasn't as nice
