I have my 2016 4Runner serviced at Lakeside. I also had my 2014 Tundra serviced here as well. Tina Ricks has helped me all alone. She and Justin, the technician, were first class! I really like the video inspection that was sent to my phone. Justin showed and explained the work that needed to be done. Total Trust in Lakeside Toyota Service Department.
I had a terrific experience at Lakeside Toyota. The sales representative was fantastic. His name is Troy Rouser. Troy didn't pressure me, and spent a lot of time showing me two possibilities. We bought a 2018 Camry, and I couldn't be happier.

Nice people. Saturdays are always busy. Our car took about 30 minutes longer than expected....but the 3 hour wait kind of freaked my husband out. I knew it was going to happen but he wasn't used to it. I think they do a good job.
