I got to move in at 5pm which wasn’t convenient for me. I moved in when the sun is about to go down and then being charged for a full day rent is a bit unreasonable. Then when I moved in the dishwasher doesn’t work and the door fell off of the hinges. I would hope that my apartment would be ready and not need anything to fix especially if you can’t move in until 4pm apartment should be apartment ready with everything fixed and ready for the tenant. Leon in the leasing office was awesome! In an age where basically every other place is robots it was amazing that he actually answered the phone, pleasantly, even on New Year's Eve! And then he willingly gave us a a great tour and rundown of the community!
