I recently came and toured with Leon. He was very informative and welcoming. He made sure that all of my questions were answered and that I felt confident about the application process. I definitely suggest that everyone come tour with Leon and check out Lakeside Retreat at Peachtree Corners!
Currently living here. One of the most irresponsible places when it comes down to tenant needs. Unfortunately, this is a place that is quicker to close down the pool because there was trash left out. Then it is to call pest control, because all of the apartments are infested with roaches. The type of apartment complex to have the office agents say maintenance say that they handle the issues, but then have nothing resolved and don’t even put appointments in for the tenants and lie and say that they do. Leon ( David ) has been one of the most pleasant and efficient leasing agents I’ve encountered in a long time I appreciated his willingness and ability to help me out in the way I needed his assistance was very helpful and he was very kind understanding and a great professional problem solver.
