This time, the guys did a great job.
Absolutely the WORST communication imaginable. I live here and just in the span of a week there has been a total black out without notice and no proper notice for pressure washing when a previous email promised 2 day notice and schedule for the cleaning. This is unacceptable!
I am writing this review at almost 1 in the morning. After 6 years of living here I have finally reached my wits end. On top of the water being randomly cut off on any given day, the water damage from the ceiling and the bugs during the summer time, today is the last straw. After traveling all day I come home to find my ENTIRE BUILDING out of power. I had been getting notifications while I was gone but thought everything was fixed.
