Completely explained the problem ahead of time, before he came out. He had my husband dig up the pipe, then persisted to tell us that he couldn't do it, It was too late in the day. And still charged us $50. Don't waste your money.

Great Guy, & excelent work
Showed up in a car with minimal tools. Unable to solve my problem. Hung around about 20 minutes and charged me for his recommendation of another plumber that could fix it. No thanks! Do yourself a favor and call someone that can fix it to start with.
