Horrible communication, don't tell you much but expect you to know all the questions to asks. Can be waiting for an hour to meet for 10 minutes. Doctors are short with their words and don't go into great detail about the steps that should be taken next and it takes a long time to hear back when you send a message about a concern. Only reason this place stays above is because it’s convenient for people in the small towns around here. Get more Doctors or be better about scheduling. I agree with the other lady about wishing there was a zero star choice. I was also supposed to be a new patient of Courtney Feist . They canceled my appointment because I was not there 15 minutes prior to my appointment. I was there on time and before my appointment. I had paperwork already filled out in hand. I confirmed my appointment online prior to my appointment and never was it posted or listed or told to me to get there 15 minutes prior to my appointment. Don’t go to Dr. COURTNEY FEIST, FNP and Staff. I wish there was an option for ZERO STARS! I was supposed to be a new patient and now I will find another Dr. The instant disregard at the front desk was awful. My appointment was canceled without any notice even though I confirmed my appointment via text and email and on my portal. All my paperwork and everything was filled out and completed yet because I wasn’t there exactly 15 mins early they cancelled my appointment. Now mind you, I was early but not exactly 15 min. I went to see Kira Butler. She was in there for 5 minutes to talk. Immediately referred me to a specialist without really talking about anything. Went to the specialist and they said it was too early to be seen by them. Now I’m out $$ and still no answers. I don’t recommend.
