LOUSY Service to Patients of Lakeside Physicians ! They turned away my wife for a Covid Test, that her primary care Doctor, with Lakeside, told her to go get at Express Care! My wife has active symptoms but they were NOT enough for the one screening people to enter! SHAME on you for turning away a Senior Citizen who needs the test so she can see her Oncologist!
I just left express care at 7:50 this evening on 9/1/20. My son has an ear infection. He gets them all the time, and has febrile seizures. Somehow the staff at this location failed to send his prescription to Kroger pharmacy. To say I’m upset is an understatement. This is absolutely ridiculous. I know the ball gets dropped sometimes, but I stressed how important it was for us to get this prescription, and this is negligence in my opinion. I've had an issue with them before, but was told it was under a new manager. So I gave them another try. My daughter went in there yesterday and Saw the PA Summer. my daughter presented with every sign of strep. so they took swabs for flu and strep, said everything was negative. didnt give my daughter any kind of meds or a shot. was told to get mucinex d. did that. This morning my daughter wakes up worse we go to her regular doctor PA Leslie Ross and was told she had strep. they never ran the strep test. So today my daughter... read more
Dr.o’carrolls staff is always very rude to me and make me feel dumb because I ask a lot of questions about stuff and when my daughter had her 5 year check up last year she was very rude to me and told me my daughter was fat
