The front desk receptionist and provider ripley are very inconsiderate to sick children. 2 daughters needed to be seen for strep test we were new patients and google took us to the wrong address first so we walked in a few mins late. Policy on the wall stated 10 mins late and they’d reschedule your appointment. I asked if they could just see them together they told me know because they are 30 min appointments when I stated it was only for a strep test she told me to go to urgent care. W... read more
