Rude secretary who wouldn’t allow my sick child to be seen because we didn’t have a physical insurance card on file. He has been seen there before and our insurance info is in their system but we’re military using tricare and there is NO physical card.

Horrible! I called for a same day appointment because I was having back pain and I am in excruciating pain. I'm new to this area and got lost on the way to the appt. I called twice to let them know I was running a couple minutes late and they said that was fine, they could still see me. Walked into the clinic and the front desk receptionist tells me that there's no way they can see me and that I need to reschedule.
