The person who makes the appointments has poor phone etiquette, and makes the facility look unprofessional. I went with another facility because of her mannerisms.
Rude secretary who wouldn’t allow my sick child to be seen because we didn’t have a physical insurance card on file. He has been seen there before and our insurance info is in their system but we’re military using tricare and there is NO physical card. 🙄
MELYNDA IS THE BEST NURSE EVER!!!!!!! My kids and I love her the most!!!!!!!!! ❤️ 💙 💜
