This was the worst hospital i have ever been to in my life. it was extremely miss managed. no oversite. i regret having to go hear. i will be making the trip to Fort Worth for all future needs or visits. other then its location i don't know why anyone would use this place. you would be better going to the local veterinarian then this E.R or surgery center
I took my husband to the clinic after a very kind person on the phone encouraged him to come to the clinic and there wouldn't be a wait. (They were right!) The receptionist was very kind (possibly same person) as well and checked him in very quickly, asking questions in a very caring & professional manner. The nurse was friendly as well. Morgan (P.A.) was reassuring, caring and obviously very skilled as a doctor. She was compassionate and kind as she addressed all our concerns.
