As a new patient who has been avoiding the dentist for 40 years...this was great Julie was kind and gentle, so was Dr Frank....and most of all, nonjudgmental! Great visit!

Routine cleaning. Excellent. Been going to Dr. Frank for 30 plus years. He is very caring and careful. Staff is excellent.
New patient that went in for a routine check up and cleaning. The appointment was quick and thorough and the staff was very friendly.
While going to the dentist is not my favorite, I am much more pleased with Dr. Frank than my previous dentist. I enjoy talking with Julie as she works on my teeth and I never seem to have the pain and mess I had at the other place. I plan to stay with Dr. Frank as long as he's around.

After 3 seperate e mails and texts confirming my appt time I had to wait 20 min before getting in. The tech was very apologetic but had the shoe been on the other foot What would have happened?
