I have always had a pleasant experience. I have been a client for over 25 years. Dr. Frank and his staff are very professional and experienced. You feel like family.
I have been going to Dr. Frank's office for probably close to 13 years now. His staff is nothing but kind, professional and just a great bunch. Each time I come back for my 6 month cleaning, Dr. Frank is always so thorough with my exam. There may other dentists who advertise on every other billboard in West Omaha but guess who pays for the fancy advertising - you guessed it, YOU! I would recommend Dr. Frank to anyone looking to deal with a great group of people - especially the dentist!
I recently moved back to the Omaha area and was referred to Lakeside Dental by my girlfriend. Upon arrival I was greeted with tremendous hospitality. During my first consultation and cleaning - I was provided both genuine and quality care from the dental hygienist. The results were even recognized by my girlfriend and co-workers (they were probably just happy they didn't have to deal with my bad breath anymore..) - Anyways, I look forward to my next visit. Lost a tooth, but for now nothing is going to be done. Hopefully, it will not start hurting during the holidays. It is fine now. Glad that I could get in and have them look at it.
