We just moved out after a little over a year of my husband, myself, and our 2 kids living here. This complex offered us everything we needed for our family. Anytime we had an issue it was addressed in a timely manner, and the front office and maintenance staff were so lovely to work with. We really enjoyed the family oriented amenities and felt it was as safe of an environment as you can get in an apartment complex. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! Every BAD review is correct. I WISH I COULD GIVE THIS APARMTENT COMPLEX 0 STARS. THERE ARE SO MANY MORE APARTMENTS ALONG WASHINGTON RD AND EVANS TO LIVE THAT ARE WORTH THE MONEY IF YOU WANT TO FEEL SAFE AND SECURE. These apartments are not luxury. It's not even worth $500.
