I moved in this complex a year ago have been having problems ever since these people are trying to charge me $1700 to replace carpet when there’s only one spot in the apartment that is messed up. Feckless management, careless laborers, constant interruptions in internet and water, a fitness center they can’t even stock with paper towels or wipes for the equipment, constant smell of marijuana across the premise. I’ve had the same work order in for fixing my bathroom ceiling for three months now, at this point I’ve had more time without a finished bathroom than I have with one. Move in October 31. Elizabeth leasing agent has been great through the entire process. Christina also assisted when needed she was very nice as well. Maintenance so far are great on communication and work orders "Ramon and Eric". Especially Ramon. Thank you! Apartments are a little older but they do what they can to make you feel at home. Thank you to all. Rent is easy as well to pay and submit work orders through the app!
