Well let's start with the roaches, the pool that close at 5pm because they won't fix lights in the pool,the gate that's just for show and don't work,the ppl that let their dogs shit in the front yard and the half of child's playground they don't do anything with, they didn't clean property thoroughly before I moved in had of bunch of dead roaches on top of kitchen cabinet. i would never live here again. if something breaks or if you ever need to contact the leasing office, you're screwed. and things break a lot. when we moved in it was clear the clean up from the last tenant was rushed. hair was painted into the walls. our carpets had candy and stickers stuck in them. the vinyl in the kitchen was ripped. half the cabinets and drawers didn't work, neither did the blinds. none of the windows opened. there was a bullet hole in the ceiling above my front door and they never fixed it. we lived on t... read more
