One of the better renting options in the area Hi! I've been living at Lakeside North for about 6 months now and I can confidently say that I've never seen 1 bug or 1 rodent in my apartment ever. I believe the person who previously posted must be angry for reasons unrelated to the apartment complex, because my experience there has been a positive one and I haven't heard any of my neighbors complaining of rodents or bugs. Overpriced, Mice and cockroach infested, Rudely managed community This community and the bunch of idiots that run it are a waste of your time and money. They treat you like second class citizens, want to run all of the minorities out and bring white people in. What they really need to worry about is kicking all of the mice and bed bugs they have out first. SUPER OVERPRICED!
Good for the price, not great if you want "college" atmosphere I lived at Lakeside North while an undergrad at the University of Maryland in College Park. The location is decent (there's a Giant and other stores close by), the rent prices are good for the area, apartment complex feels relatively safe, and the staff are friendly/helpful. good environment This apartment is very good place to live in. i like the locality, the reception and immediate attending to all the needs of the residents. they are real dedicative. lots of families live in this community as well which is added advantage for families. the playground for children is amazing and new.
