So recently I had a bit of a mishap with my recently purchased BMW and was recommended to Lakeside motors. I went online and looked at the reviews. The majority stated good work but there were others that sites bad customer service and rude staff but I tend to be my own judge. They’re nice people but priority and importance was not provided when I told them I was looking for a dedicated bmw repair shop for my vehicles. Issue I went in for was not fixed, rather I paid for repairs that made zero difference to my ride quality. Wasn’t even given my alignment work documents because they were in a rush to close. Cherry on top..older guy at the front mike drove my car out the bay while eating a slice of pizza. Talk about greasy.
