Recently purchased an e90 and it had a loud noise when it was up to temp. Derek not only was able to diagnose the issues on the spot (just by me describing the noise - he ended up being right and it wasn't my coolant system) but he also used his experience in working with/on BMWs to uncover some services that BMW owed my car and helped me to get these completed by BMW themselves. Experienced, connected, honest and upfront - what more could you ask for!?
