Honest Mechanic – The mechanic is honest. He quotes you a fair price and tells you when you don't need service. I owned the unfortunate C230 with a faulty engine design and I used the mechanic to keep my baby alive. When I had to spend $5k on a new cylinder head, I checked his detailed quote against OEM parts dealers and factory dealers only to find that he was underpricing parts. I'm thankful I found him.

Thank You – Thank you for not only giving us honest advice, prompt service, being friendly,but also fighting with our insurance company for us so they paid for the repairs on our SL500 that they were supposed to pay for. You guys rock!

Outstanding! – The staff at Lakeside Mercedes repair provided an outstanding customer service. Their service department was informative, understanding,informative and sincere. In the past I have dealt with others who lacked their customer service qualities which made working with these group of guys are professional and felt like a breath of fresh air.

Excellent work! – They have done an excellent work. They were very careful explaining everything to me even if it took 3 or 4 times. They are very patient. These guys know their stuff. I had a great experience here and this is my new shop for my car.

Best Mechanics!! – I thought I could never find the best mechanics. I went through so many shops and they were all horrible prices and they wouldn't make a sweet deal. But this shop did and I love you for that. I would recommend all the people I know that have trouble to come to you. Thanks a bunch.
