My Mom lived at Lakeside Manor Senior Apartments. She thought her apartment was nice and comfortable but, the management and maintenance staff was HORRIBLE!!! The way Mike and April talk to the elderly residents there was/is (I talk to some of the resident that still live there) HORRIFIC! And when family members intervene (on their loves behalf) they are met with rude, condescending and threatening behavior and would run and hide once the had escalated the situation. So far, my experience here shows it is very well kept and quiet. Management team very helpful and responsive. Nice neighbors and a homey feel.
Love April... It's quiet. When I call for maintenance,they come right away.. which isn't very often.. I have lived here for 3 1/2 years and have only called them twice.. the rent could be a little lower....
It has been a great experience for my parents. The staff is wonderful and extremely helpful and caring!
