Sarah, I have lived here almost 10 years and since Bud the new maintenance supervisor took over the place is 100% BETTER, he’s very kind and helpful and his workmanship is excellent! Thank you Bud for all you do with no help yet! Most of us do appreciate you very much. As far as the changes to the parking and access, don’t blame the property they had to conform to all the new Codes in Little Elm! Every time gates are fixed and working, someone hits them almost weekly, Changes since new management are showing

My grandmother lives here, and unfortunately the management has been very disappointing. Her front door will not latch properly, so I contacted the office to request maintenance assistance to ensure that her door would stay shut. However, the maintenance technician who responded was extremely disrespectful. In addition, the front gates have been broken for several years, allowing anyone to enter and exit the property freely, which raises serious safety concerns.
