We were blessed by Allen Miller and the Lakeside Huntington crew today. Our truck purchase took less time than normal. But the environment was one you could hang out in for a long time. It’s not your typical car dealership. It has a separate building with homey clean bathrooms that smell good and free drinks, comfy “living room” with kids area and vending. The whole experience was shady and unprofessional. I scheduled an appointment and was told by the dealer they’d send me pictures and videos of the car I wanted to look at and send me documents to see if I could afford what they were asking for it since I was nearly two hours away and didn’t want to waste a trip. She promised me multiple times she would send it and never did. I had an amazing experience at this dealership after a long day of truck shopping. We drove over an hour to come to this dealership. Ron went above and beyond to make sure everything was as smooth as possible. He made the process so easy and stress-free.
