RecommendedI had to go in for a procedure and everyone was extremely professional and friendly. The nurses were amazing and the doctor was very patient with my questions. I felt like I was in good hands the whole time I was there. I highly recommend their services.
I went to the Oswego Orthopedics office in Fulton New York to see Doctor Keller and I was told because I had been seen by SOS and i should return there even though they told me I could not be seen by them and I am in a ton of pain then after doctor Keller having me wait for over 40 minutes in pain would not see me. RecommendedEvery member of the staff was friendly, compassionate, empathetic, and very knowledgeable. I was seen in a very timely manner and all my concerns were addressed professionally.
You cannot believe anything Dr Diaz tells you. He "guaranteed" my father would not fall through the cracks with his practice like he had with a Syracuse practice and his surgery would be scheduled in July or early August as he is a snowbird who scheduled his return to Fl for Sept 1, and came to stay with me for the summer just for this surgery. RecommendedI had surgery yesterday. The surgical staff was excellent. I really appreciate the great care from check-in to getting in my friend's vehicle and going home. Thank you to Melissa my surgical nurse, Dr. Tull, my surgeon, my anesthesiologist, and all my other caretakers. So happy to have great medical care in my own community. No need to drive to Syracuse to get great care.
because this place is like a prison they won't even let you walk down to the gift shop or even go have a cigarette I will never bring any of my family or children here ever again
Okay I guess for very basic care, billing is a lot more then it needs to be. 10 minute visit charged insurance $750 for an extended visit for “new patient”. I’ve been there a few times, so I’m not a new patient. Dual charged for both doctors and the “facilities fee”. Kinda greedy, but just my opinion.
RecommendedI have went to PrimeCare Medical for my entire life. It’s a great little doctors office and very family friendly.
